Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services (training, coaching, consulting) and events offered by Barbara Quentin. Deviating agreements, in particular contradictory terms and conditions, require my express written consent.
2. Offers for services (consulting, training, coaching etc.)
All offers are subject to change. Prices and estimates are based on the information available at the time the offer is made. We reserve the right to make changes. Offers made verbally or by telephone shall only become binding once they have been confirmed in writing. Barbara Quentin is entitled to fulfill its obligations to the client through third parties.
3. Registration for training courses
Please register for my training courses in writing by e-mail. By registering, you accept the terms and conditions of participation. The date of receipt of the contract (order) determines participation in the respective training course. The registration is binding as soon as you receive a written confirmation by e-mail from me.
4. Participation fee for training and coaching
The amount of the participation fee can be found in the respective written offer.
5. Payment modalities
Consulting, training, coaching etc.: The costs are invoiced monthly in arrears according to expenditure and are payable upon receipt of the invoice without deduction. All prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT, unless this is already clearly stated in the agreed price. The timely receipt of payments is an integral part of the terms and conditions.

6. Withdrawal/cancellations by participants/clients
Consulting, training: If the planned service is canceled by the customer within four weeks of the planned date, 50% of the services plus VAT will be charged as cancellation costs. If the service is canceled by the customer within one week of the scheduled date, the full fee plus VAT will be charged. If a prompt alternative date can be found, this regulation can be waived in exceptional cases. This requires the written consent of Barbara Quentin.
Coaching: If the planned service is canceled by the customer within two weeks before the planned date, 50% of the services will be charged as cancellation costs. If the service is canceled by the client within 4 days of the scheduled appointment, the full fee will be charged. If an alternative date can be found in good time, this rule may be waived in exceptional cases. This requires the written consent of Barbara Quentin.

7. Cancellation regulations
I undertake to carry out the planned services personally. If I am unable to carry out the service/training/coaching/consultation for reasons for which I am not responsible or for health reasons, an appropriately trained colleague will take over or an alternative date will be agreed.
In the case of consulting/training, this requires the agreement and consent of the client. In the case of coaching, a later alternative date would be sought due to the personal nature of the session.
8. Data protection and confidentiality
Barbara Quentin undertakes to maintain secrecy towards third parties about all details of the organization of the client or its customers that become known to her, insofar as these details are to be treated confidentially by their nature.
By registering for training, coaching and consulting assignments, participants agree to the electronic storage of personal data for the purpose of event organization and for the subsequent sending of further information about Barbara Quentin's activities. The registration data is subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. We do not make this personal data available to third parties.

9. Copyright
The participant documents provided by Barbara Quentin are protected by copyright and may only be used for personal use. Reproduction, forwarding or other use of the documents is only permitted with the express consent of Barbara Quentin.
10. Severability clause
Should one or more provisions of this framework agreement be or become invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The void or ineffective provision shall rather be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the originally intended meaning.11. place of jurisdiction

11. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Barbara Quentin. The relationship between Barbara Quentin and the Client shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
