I am convinced that the compatibility of work and family is of enormous relevance and value to our society. Employees want more flexibility and creative freedom, and companies not only want to retain valuable skills in the long term, but also want to gain a competitive advantage with their family-friendly attitude.

When my son was born in 2018 and my daughter in 2024, this prompted me to think more deeply about the compatibility of work and family. Not only did this lead to the development of new strategies for my family life, but the issue of compatibility around parental leave also increasingly came into focus in my career.

In 2025, I took over operations and the MyCollective app for those on parental leave. In doing so, I expanded my existing training and coaching offering to include an innovative and digital solution in the form of a parental leave community. At the same time, my team grew from 6 to 12 people - a clear sign of the growing need for supportive training and coaching programs related to parental leave.

With my desire to create a harmonious integration of work and family for mothers and fathers, I represent many other specialists and managers. I understand the company perspective just as well.

With more than 12 years of experience as a human resources and change manager in a DAX 30 company with management responsibility, I know the challenges that HR managers face today. In my training and coaching sessions, these experiences complement each other in a meaningful way.
